undifferentiated carcinoma
Age:
sexually mature
Tissue:
undifferentiated carcinoma
Morphology:
epithelial
Histological diagnosis:
undifferentiated carcinoma

no
Subcutaneous growth:
yes
Molecular profile:
resistant to 6-thioguanine

hyperdiploid (modal number 44, 2C = 40) with characteristic A chromosomal, metacentric and minute markers.
Contamination control:
not detected
Viral infection:
not performed
Species identity control:
karyological, isoenzyme (LDH and G6PD) and immunofluorescence analysis.
Application area:
3D cell culture, Immuno-oncology, Oncology, Culture methods by passaging in mice are less attractive because of contamination of the tumor with various host inflammatory cells and the development of legislation restricting the use of ascites tumors..
Culture method:
in vitro partially adhesion, in vivo (see Appendix 1).
In vitro culture conditions:
medium – RPMI-1640 fetal bovine serum 10%. passaging procedure - cell detachment using trypsin 0.25 %: Versene 0.02 % (1:3), split ratio 1:3 -1:5 cryopreservation – growth medium 65%, 5% DMSO, 30% fetal bovine serum. (see Appendix 1).

94% (trypan blue staining after thawing).
Collections:
A.P. Avtsyn Research Institute of Human Morphology, Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "B.V. Petrovsky Russian Scientific Center of Surgery", ATCC.
Patent, certificate:
no
Note:
transfection is possible. Water permeability is highest at the beginning of S phase and gradually decreases to its lowest value immediately after mitosis.
Intended use:
these samples are intended for laboratory research only.
