Karyology:
the stemline chromosome number is pseudodiploid with the 2S component occurring in 6.2%. Five markers (M2 to M6) were common to most S-metaphases. SD, the number of which varied per cell, were found in all karyotyped metaphases. HSR chromosomes were not found.

toxicology, immunology, oncology
Culture method:
in vitro, in vivo (see Appendix 1).
In vitro culture conditions:
Medium – IMDM fetal bovine serum 20%. passaging procedure - cell detachment using trypsin 0.25 %: Versene 0.02 % (1:3), split ratio 1:3 -1:5 cryopreservation – growth medium 65%, 5% DMSO, 30% fetal bovine serum (see Appendix 1). They may accumulate and grow in patches.

Note:
model of normal differentiation, suitable for transfection, they differentiate spontaneously, and differentiation can be stimulated with butyrate, hypoxanthine, phorbol myristic acid (PMA, TPA), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO, 1-1.5%), actinomycin D and retinoic acid. Phagocytically active and respond to chemotactic stimuli.
