Genomic characterization of BlCB

This section presents whole-exome sequencing (WES) data for the melanoma cell line panel of the Center Biocollection (BlCB, Blokhin Center Biocollection). For each line, somatic SNV/indel and CNV variants are shown together with the results of their functional and clinical annotation. The data were prepared using a single analytical pipeline and are intended for the genomic characterization of melanoma cell models.
